- Is a BAAQMD survey required before renovation?
- BAAQMD Regulation 11, Rule 2 requires a certified survey before most renovation and demolition, and the J-number notification is filed with that report attached.
- Which Bay Area cities get same-day windows?
- San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Mateo and San Rafael are on daily routes. South Bay, Solano and Sonoma addresses are usually next morning.
- Can you sample a tenanted apartment building?
- Yes. Sampling is wet-method and contained, each point is photographed and patched, and we work around notice periods for occupied units.
